For all orders under R450, R145 shipping charges will apply

R145 courier charges will apply – We use the courier guy to ship our packages.

RETURNS

If you are looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a full cash refund to the original payment method. Please note courier fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damage

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@bernali.co.za. Please include the following in your email:

-order number

– reason for return (wrong size/ damaged good/ change of mind)

– whether you would prefer cash refund, or store credit

How long does it take to receive your refund or store credit?

As soon as we receive the product inhouse, return process starts. 5 to 10 working days from receiving the return product inhouse.

Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay

The cost of returning items to us will be the customer’s responsibility, however, damaged goods shipping costs will be covered by Bernali.

How you handle damaged returns

Should a product be damaged, please notify us of such delivery within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product.

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, replace the product as soon as possible ( when replacement is possible) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference). Credits and refunds are normally handled within 5 to 10 working.  days of logging the return.
